As the Creative Director at DriveTime, my team oversaw everything from our ad campaigns to defining every aspect of our in-store and digital experiences. Over the years, my main focus was always to empower my creative team’s focus on our online properties and driving initiatives and mastery of tools that supported understanding our users. We ultimately created experiences that directly supported our user’s needs in their search for a car and financing, revolutionizing the used car industry in the digital landscape.
Built a user-centered UX Research, Design Team & Culture leading to massive improvements to online experiences
Established a process for and utilized A/B Testing & Experimentation to increase conversion and make safe, impactful changes
Led UI/UX design for all online properties (including for multiple sister companies including Bridgecrest, SilverRock and more)
Managed all aspects of this large national brand’s advertising, merchandising and in-store customer experience
