As the Creative and Marketing Director at Crexendo, I was brought on and tasked with redefining their brand, customer experience journeys, and bringing their online presence up to date. My team started first by focusing on building a system and foundation that could be better interpreted by their target audience (VoIP users), and then expanded the experience from there.
